Douglas Labs Stress-B-Plus Recalled

On October 7, 2024, Nestle Health Science (NHS U.S., LLC) issued a recall of two lots of Douglas Labs Stress-B-Plus because it contains incorrect information on the label. According to the FDA’s notice, the supplement facts panel on the recalled product incorrectly states that it contains niacin in the form of niacinamide, but the formula contains niacin in the form of nicotinic acid (as Nicotinic acid).

Recalled Douglas Labs Stress-B-Plus contain 90 tablets per bottle. They were distributed in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and West Virginia. They can be further identified by the following:
