MTM OPS Men’s Multivitamin Recalled
On April 9, 2025, MTN OPS, LLC recalled 7,546 bottles of MTN OPS MULTI-V Men's Daily Multivitamin dietary supplement because it contains undeclared soy flour.
People with an allergy to soy should not consume these products as they could cause a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.

Recalled MTN OPS MULTI-V Men's Daily Multivitamins were sold nationwide in the U.S. except for in Rhode Island and distributed in Canada. They can further be identified by the following:

- Packaging: 60 Capsule Bottle (30 Serving)
- UPC: 8 40359 40458 2
- Expiration Date: 03/2026
- Lot number: 012324177
