Prune & Senna Softgels Recalled Due to Undeclared Peanuts
On March 26, 2022, Indiana Botanic Gardens Inc. issued a voluntary recall of one lot of Botanic Choice brand Prune & Senna Softgels because the product contained undeclared peanuts.
People with an allergy to peanuts should not consume these softgels as they could cause a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.
Recalled Prune & Senna Softgels (see product photos) were distributed nationwide in the company’s retail store, as well as through online and mail orders. The capsules are packaged in a 30-count, white bottle and can be identified by lot #6105193 and a manufacturing date of 03-2022.
Consumers who have purchased the affected lot should return the product to its place of purchase for a full refund.
