Maker of Antioxidant and Anti-Aging Supplements Warned For Manufacturing Violations

On January 10, 2013, the FDA issued a warning letter to dietary supplement manufacturer Consolidated Marketing Unlimited, Inc., following a facility inspection which found that the company's supplements, including Cantron® New Millennium Liquid Version and Advanced Scientific Capsule Version, GH-3, and Hydrazine Sulfate, are adulterated because they were prepared, packed, or held under conditions that violate Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) for dietary supplements.

Violations include failure conduct at least one appropriate test or examination to verify the identity of a component that is a dietary ingredient, failure to establish packaging and labeling specifications and failure to establish written procedures for the responsibilities of the quality control operations.
