Recall of "Prostatin" Supplement -- Contains Aristolochic Acid
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released the following Class I recall information in its January 9, 2002 Enforcement Report. A Class I recall is a situation in which there is a reasonable probability that the use of or exposure to a violative product will cause serious adverse health consequences or death:
